Heart On My Sleeve Movement is a not-for-profit community association. All money generated from sales of apparel & merchandise goes directly toward running the Movement, expanding our message & broadening our impact. Example costs include: website costs, content production costs, apparel inventory costs, professional service costs, advertising, events, training, etc. For more information on our mission and purpose, please visit http://heartonmysleevemovement.org/about/ .
Please note – sales from the online store are not tax deductible as we are not a registered charity, we are a for-benefit community association.
Shipping Australia wide is a flat fee of $9.95 – regardless of the size or quantity of your order. We do not make margin on shipping, this is the cost from Australia Post and our packing vendor.
We do offer free shipping over $100 (see Promotions section below for more details).
We do ship to P.O. boxes.
We do not offer pickup
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched
Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 business hours from placement of order.
Please refer to the table below for approximate delivery times from the day the order is placed to when it should be received.
We currently ship to 4 countries outside of Australia, including USA, Canada, UK & New Zealand. We are working on adding more as soon as we can (sorry if your country is not yet available!)
All international orders will be sent via Australia Post using the standard delivery service based on a 5kg box with tracking. Prices are expensive (we wish they weren’t) and we do not make money on any international shipping, it’s just the cost! Better to order in bulk or with a friend to share the shipping cost and make it more affordable.
Notes for International Shipping
1. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. We cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
2. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.
3. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
4. Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method.

United States of America – Flat rate of $100
United Kingdom – Flat rate of $110
New Zealand – Flat rate of $80
Canada – Flat rate of $100
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept exchanges only, no refunds or store credits.
We do not cover shipping return costs.
Exchanges must be made on the same product in a different size or colour
For all exchanges, you must include a post bag to send the exchange back to you. If this is not supplied, an additional shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged to you which must be paid prior to dispatch. You will be contact via email or phone to process this payment.
If you wish to return product please send an email to email@example.com and we will send you a return form to fill out and attach to your order.
We will not begin to process an exchange until the returned goods are received.
For damaged products, you will not be charged for shipping.
We accept PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card. Once you complete the checkout process and click the purchase button, you will be re-directed to the PayPal website. If you are a PayPal customer, simply login and complete your transaction. If you are not a PayPal customer, you can still checkout as a guest using your credit card details – simply select the “Pay With Card” option. Once this is finished, you will be redirected back to the main website.
All product prices and shipping prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All orders will be transacted in Australian dollars. The final amount is only an estimate and excludes any taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to yahoo.finance.com or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and we are not responsible for any loss incurred because of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.
We currently have two main promotions running at this time
- Free shipping on orders greater than $100 within Australia
You will not be charged for shipping on orders that greater than $100 AUD, for destinations located in Australia. This promotion does not apply on international orders at this point in time. This promotion is valid per transaction. This will automatically be applied to your shopping cart at checkout. If there is a problem with this, and you do get charged for shipping when you weren’t supposed to, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Free temporary tattoo
We will include a free temporary tattoo with every item purchased (valid on both Australian & international orders). All items currently listed on the store website qualify as an eligible product. For example, if you purchase 1 x Men’s Classic T-shirt and 2 x Black Caps, you will receive a total of 3 individual temporary tattoos (for the 3 products you purchased). The more you buy, the more tattoos you will get! Note – these are individual tattoo’s, not a sleeve of 20 like we sell on the website. Heart On My Sleeve Movement will be releasing Special Edition items in partnership with some amazing brands in support of our cause.

What is DKM Blue?
DKM Blue is our merchandise partner who helps with sourcing, selling and distributing product on behalf of the Heart On My Sleeve Movement. They are not affiliated with our mental health mission, but operate in a business partner relationship with us to run our online store. Receipts from sales through the online store will come from DKM Blue as they are the merchant vendor, but all proceeds are going directly to the Heart On My Sleeve Movement.
