Returns Policy

 Due to the nature of our business being a small charity, we do not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a ‘change of mind’ or 'incorrect sizing'. Please choose your products carefully before purchasing.

We do accept returns for faulty, damaged or incorrect items - which can be refunded or exchanged.

If you are eligible for a return on these grounds, please email us at store@heartonmysleeve.org with

  • a photo of your item
  • a brief explanation of the reason for the return
  • a copy of your receipt

Once your return email is reviewed by us, we will send you an email to notify you on further instructions. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable time of us notifying you as to the approval of your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your relevant bank or credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We (HoMS) will cover the cost of the shipping return (providing the return is valid as per our policy).

This Returns Policy (Policy) applies to any purchases made by you via your use of the Heart on my Sleeve (HoMS, we, us, our) Website which can be found at  store.heartonmysleeve.org (Website)

We may amend this Policy from time to time, without providing notice to you, by posting an updated version of the Policy on the Website.

For each purchase you make via the Website, the Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately this policy will cease to apply, and we will not offer you a refund or exchange on that purchase.

Under the Australian Consumer Law (as defined in section 4 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as amended, replaced or superseded from time to time, and other similar legislation of Australian states and territories), certain statutory guarantees are conferred in relation to the supply of goods or services to a Consumer (Consumer Guarantees) and we do not exclude or limit the operation of the Consumer Guarantees under any other provision of this Policy.
